Photos to Video

Photos to Video is a simple tool that can combine photos into slideshow videos, with music. You can add any number of images to this program and change slide duration (in milliseconds), reorder photos, and add music files.

Vovsoft Photos to Video supports BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF image formats for input and WAV, and MP3 audio formats for background music. Output video can be rendered in AVI, MOV, MP4, WEBM, MPEG, FLV, WMV, and MKV formats.
